'The Impacts of Technology on Driving Turnarounds'
Andy is responsible for leading Gresham House’s technology strategy and also advises investee companies on the use of technology as a driver of shareholder value creation.
Andy has over 10 years of experience in private equity and finance, latterly as an operating partner (value enhancement group) at private equity firm LDC where he helped portfolio companies grow and build value through the use of technology. Throughout his career he has focused on driving shareholder value in companies through the use of technology, data analytics and large change programmes.
The session will be an interactive and challenging discussion and will be structured in 3 parts –
- Technology for driving top line growth – CRM, Front end intelligence, websites and social media
- Technology to improve profitability - Procurement, outsourcing, process improvements / case management, analytics
- Technology individuals to make things happen – Typical profiles of successful teams and individuals, skills and experience to look for
