West & Wales Workshop
Managing the Shareholding of Exiting Directors
Based on feedback received from IFT W&W Members, the IFT is offering a CPD workshop on “Managing the shareholding of exiting directors”. The workshop will focus on the legal framework applying to shares held by individuals working in the business (as directors or senior managers), and strategies to deal with those shares when the individual resigns or otherwise leaves the business. The presentation will then focus on issues that may arise in the event that an independent valuation of the business is required, for the purpose of calculating the pro-rata entitlement of the leaver.
This event is free for Members Only.
If you would like to attend but are not a Member of The IFT, please log in to The IFT website to purchase a ticket, or contact Events@the-ift.com to complete payment of £42
