The 'Core Influencing Skills' course is a highly practical, full day masterclass limited to just 15 delegates to ensure maximum self-development in just one day. The day will run from 09:00-16:30 and will include presentations, videos, exercises and real case studies with examples of how the skills have already been successfully used in turnaround and transformation situations.
