We are delighted to welcome Moira Edwards and David Jeffs to our next South West and Wales IFT region meeting on 1 March 2018. Moira and David will share with us their first hand experiences of driving improved sales and business development performance in an environment of change or turnaround and will share their thoughts on how the need to rapidly deliver results must be carefully balanced against the longer term objectives of stable sustainable growth to meet budget expectations (and stands up to the scrutiny of stakeholders and advisors!)

Having held senior sales director roles in industry, Moira is now Managing Director of Elite Equip Limited, a specialist consultancy focussed on helping their clients successfully create revenue growth and long terms business partnerships.

David is the sales director at Proper Cornish Limited, an award winning south west based food manufacturer. His role is one than presents the ongoing challenge of developing and growing sales from new routes to market, whilst working to retain existing business partnerships with customers in the highly competitive food retail and wholesale sector.
