Charlène has extensive experience in supply chain management, advanced planning, SIOP, and inventory control across manufacturing and complex operational environments. This experience spans automotive and industrial sectors. She has led projects addressing supply chain disruption, resolving inventory inaccuracies, and delivering sustainable inventory reductions while maintaining service performance.

At senior level she has implemented end-to-end supply chain transformations, introduced robust forecasting and planning processes, and aligned cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational improvements. Her work has included stabilising operations, optimising working capital, and embedding continuous improvement practices.

Charlène holds a Diploma in Professional Coaching and applies these skills to build capability, accountability, and performance within teams as well as develop companies’ high potentials.
