Emma sits in the Turnaround team in Deals, PwC focussing on distressed and special situations.

Emma spent 8 years’ experience in a global foreign exchange firm holding a number of  roles from Project Manager to Chief of Staff to Chief Executive Officer & Director of PMO. 

During 2020 and 2021 Emma delivered a major restructure and turnaround to ensure survival and stability of the business throughout challenges posed by Covid-19, a cyber incident and financing challenges. This included implementing a debt restructuring agreement, establishing a Project Management Office to ensure key programmes delivered and savings were tracked met in line with the business plan. Emma delivered £623m fixed and variable cost savings globally, implemented a sustainable EBITDA improvement programme of +£30m and allocated of £15m capex in year 1.
