Jeff Holder – IFT Accredited Member 

A highly experienced independent CRO / CEO / Chairman / non-exec Director.  

He is a professionally qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW – KPMG trained), Member of the Institute for Turnaround (IFT) and, founder/owner of Taiga Associates, voted in 2023 as the IFT's Independent Boutique Turnaround Advisor of the year. 

Jeff typically operates in a range of special situations and across hands-on executive roles, through to non-executive, advisory & investment roles.  He has extensive experience of dealing with operational & financial restructuring / performance improvement, M&A, fundraising, corporate governance, stakeholder management and forecasting.

Sector agnostic, Jeff has operated in a wide range of sector including energy & renewables, waste, manufacturing, automotive, support services, construction and building products, fire & security, pharma (technology, services and products), food, software and the pub trade. 

Typically, Jeff works closely with investors, shareholders, professional advisors, banks and other stakeholders.
