Jonny Shonn is an interim CFO and board-level turnaround leader, working with private equity, lenders, and management teams to deliver restructuring and performance improvement in complex and distressed situations.

Over his career, Jonny has undertaken a wide range of leadership roles across retail, leisure, healthcareand media sectors, delivering value through financial restructuring, operational optimisation, and strategic transformation. His experience includes refinancing, liquidity and working capital optimisation, asset realisation and both solvent and insolvent restructuring processes.

Jonny is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and brings strong commercial and financial expertise to support businesses in distress, helping stakeholders stabilise performance, preserve value and achieve sustainable recovery.
