Matt is a qualified accountant with many years’ experience working on Advisory, Restructuring, Pensions advisory and Transaction Services assignments.

Matt provides financial due diligence services and pre-lend reviews to a range of clients, in addition to employer covenant support to pension scheme trustees. Matt also advises businesses and key stakeholders going through change or experiencing financial distress, with assignments including independent business reviews, short-term cash flow reviews, options reviews, accelerated merger and acquisition engagements.
