A senior executive with 17 years’ experience as a change manager in growing, transforming and turning around B2C and B2B companies in the UK, Europe and the USA. This experience combines 8 years in consumer digital technology (software, gaming, broadcast TV, fintech, e-commerce) with 9 years in bricks and mortar retail, fast food and manufacturing companies. This combination of offline and digital transformation projects has developed a proven skillset for integrating technology and transitioning bricks and mortar companies in to digital businesses. Positions have involved working with/for blue chip companies (ITV, T-Online, Tesco, BSkyB), global brands (Domino's Pizza, Endemol, BBC WW) and government at the highest level and has resulted in the creation of an extensive network of industry, advisory and banking contacts across Europe, North America and Australia. Academic qualifications include a business degree, a law degree and a Masters in Finance from the London Business School (University of London). Leadership experience includes roles as a CEO, CRO: (i) transforming underperforming companies; (ii) taking over as interim CEO for distressed businesses (iii) the acceleration of growth companies; and, (iv) UK market entry/or expansion of disruptive companies. Success on these projects has been underpinned by combining a consulting/finance background with multi-sector operational experience. This enables robust upfront analysis and strategy and business plan development prior to implementing a “results focused” approach to the execution of the agreed plan.
