Next Generation - The IFT

Next Generation

The IFT is dedicated to cultivating the future leaders of turnaround. The Next Generation is seen as a key initiative in fulfilling that aim. The Next Generation initiative gives young professionals the opportunity to engage with other members of the turnaround community from a variety of different professions.

The IFT Next Generation initiative is seen as a stepping stone to Associate and then full Membership of the IFT. To facilitate this the IFT has produced the ‘IFT Pathways Programme’. The document gives information detailing career specific routes to becoming a member of the IFT and the criteria that individuals must meet to become accredited. To download the IFT Pathways Programme click here.

Signing up to ‘Next Generation’ will give you access to next generation events, including quality educational development, discussion panels and activities encouraging attendees to build upon your current network and skill set.
