Adam is a partner in the restructuring and insolvency team at Freshfields based in London and has over 15 years’ business experience.
He specialises in advising debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in complex restructuring matters often involving a cross-border element.
Assignments include Cattles plc; Crest Nicholson; and Lehman Brothers for the Le Meridien hotel group restructuring.
Adam has contributed to several restructuring journals and spoken on related matters at national insolvency conferences and client seminars. He is rated in Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR and is a member of the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association (ILA); INSOL Europe and a previous co-chair of the American Bankruptcy Institute, International Committee.
Adam qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and won IFT’s Legal Adviser of the Year in 2008.
