Alastair Watson is a founding partner of Broad Oak Support Services LLP (‘Boss’), a London-based turnaround and restructuring boutique.

Over the past twenty years, Alastair has undertaken a large number of roles as principal and adviser, delivering value on behalf of private equity firms, banks and owner-managers.

Alastair is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with Price Waterhouse (now PwC) where he spent a number of years in the firm’s corporate finance department. Alastair utilises his commercial and financial expertise to meet the challenges of companies in distress and deliver successful projects for stakeholders.

He is a member of a number of the UK’s leading turnaround panels.
