Allan Booth is principal of the Active Strategic Management Ltd.. He is a qualified accountant with a career as a CEO in several large corporates; is an independent turnaround professional and has 17 years’ experience working with distressed and under-performing organisations working across a broad spectrum of industries in the private sector in the UK and Europe.
Allan has worked on a wide range of turnaround and change management assignments for banks, private equity firms and private company shareholders, including several family businesses. He specialises in strategic and operational turnaround and financial restructuring, taking roles as Chairman, CRO, Turnaround Director or Managing Director.
Allan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Fellow and Practice Certificate Holder of the IfT
