Andreas Koutsouris Ithaka Capital Partners

Andreas is an established Board level Executive, Advisor and Investor, with over fifteen years experience in developing and implementing strategic, operational and organizational improvement initiatives and realizing revenue, cost and working capital improvements. Andreas has worked and gathered a successful track record with both healthy/growth companies as well as companies in stressed and distressed situations.

Andreas has experience and in-depth understanding of working with and advising boards, management teams, private equity funds (across deal lifecycle) and other financial stakeholders as well as entrepreneurs across EMEA and the Americas and across a variety of sectors and industries.

Prior to forming Ithaka Capital Partners, Andreas spent eight years with AlixPartners as a Senior Director in their Turnaround and Restructuring Practice in London. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Andreas worked for Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services in London and with A.T.Kearney in Amsterdam.

Andreas graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) at the Erasmus University in The Netherlands and has attended exchange programs at Boston University’s School of Management and Brandeis University’s International Business School. He is a Fellow of the European Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals (EACTP) and an accredited member of the Institute for Turnaround (IFT) in the UK.

Andreas is native in three languages, English, Dutch and Greek, and speaks conversational French and German.
