ABOUT MEMBER
Andy Davis is a Restructuring Director within Lloyds Banking Group’s Specialist Finance Business Support Unit which focus’s on Private Equity backed leveraged transactions. He has 25 years experience within Lloyds across a number of different roles and over 4 years experience leading restructures and turnaround activity from a debt perspective. Andy has worked with a broad range of UK centered mid-market businesses and across a wide range of industry sectors; this has included exposure to both stressed and fully distressed/insolvent situations. He also has wide experience of using interim and turnaround professionals to support and improve the capability of the various boards he works with. Andy is a qualified member of the ifs School of Finance.
