Experienced international interim manager/director having completed 50+ assignments and delivered in 17 countries with multiple assignments in Denmark, Germany, China and the UK. Assignments have often been cross border and multidisciplinary (technical, commercial, operational).

Most interim assignments have been with businesses underpinned by engineering and have covered many sectors: energy, renewables, defense, marine and offshore, materials handling, construction, plastics, precision engineering, automotive, aerospace, medical systems, plastics, telecoms, etc.

Assignments have been at a variety of levels from commercial/technical expert input to managing director and required turning around whole (SME) businesses and business functions as well as recovering projects and situations. Business development assignments have delivered new market entry options for South Korea, Brazil and Spain. Process/product transfer assignments have included Australia, China and Germany.

Over 80% of assignments have come by recommendation or further assignments with the same corporate groups. Clients include subsidiaries of UK and European listed companies, Mittelstands, Chinese companies and independent businesses.
