Andy has worked in both manufacturing and service businesses for over thirty years in a variety of roles including Engineer, Account Director, General Manager and Managing Director providing diverse products and services to a wide range of customers both private and public sector.

He has led multi-functional teams of more than 200 staff in the UK and the Republic of Ireland including field-based staff delivering business critical services with stringent service level agreements in the public safety sector.

Andy delivered two significant post-acquisition business integrations and several other transformation and turnaround programmes of businesses involving 100s of staff whilst being accountable for the profitability of those businesses. Consequently, Andy is highly skilled in business integration, transformation and turnaround.

Since 2014, Andy decided to turn his passion for both corporate development and business improvement into a full-time career, working with business owners and executives on how to create and run major business integration, transformation or turnaround programmes and realise the benefits of the changes whilst preserving the business value.
