Gordon is an accountant specialising in delivering operational transformation as the foundation for business turnaround. His transformation experience was gained across various multi-national FTSE 100 / Fortune 100 finance and IT roles spanning 20 years. This was followed by 10 years’ strategy and transformation consulting experience with PKF LLP Management Consulting and Capgemini Consulting.
Gordon’s most recent assignments have been with a subsidiary of an AIM listed company operating NHS 111 call centres and with several NHS Trusts. His focus has been initially to stabilise the operational performance within reducing cost envelopes, before delivering operational transformation to deliver organisational sustainability.
