Jon is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Turnaround practice who specialises in leading complex transformations of substantial (often $1 billion+) businesses under stress. He brings a unique perspective as both an executive advisor and ‘industry’ CEO having spent his formative years with AlixPartners before leading Titan Outdoor through successive turnarounds as its Chief Executive.
Since joining KPMG, Jon has successfully delivered transformational support and CRO services for three large Oil & Gas companies (up- and down-stream) at varying stages of distress, two Media businesses seeking expedited M&A and a Food/Beverage company with significant challenges in a large subsidiary. His global client base includes large Corporates, PE as well as Boards/Owners of underperforming Joint Ventures.
Jon is an American who has established roots in London over the past 8 years. He is an MBA, a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder and a CIRA designee.
