I lead the Midlands Restructuring team at KPMG and have been a partner since 2002. I have a broad range of advisory skills and experience, and have advised boards and stakeholders across a wide range of industries in situations ranging from simple underperformance through to crisis and insolvency. I work regularly with Turnaround executives and am a member of the IFT Midlands Committee. I also regularly seek to introduce IFT members to situations where they can add complimentary skills alongside the work we do as Advisors. The sort of work I perform ranges from sales & margin improvement, through costs reduction, financial analysis and working capital management, and I also lead M & A processes in challenged situations.
