ABOUT MEMBER

Paul is a Managing Director working from both the London and Manchester offices and part of the UK Corporate Finance Practice. He has more than 25 years experience in advising corporate businesses on their funding options.

Paul’s comprehensive expertise in debt advisory includes helping corporate clients to renegotiate, restructure or refinance funding facilities. He has strong relationships with all the main lending banks, asset-based lenders, debt funds and other providers.

Paul’s sector expertise includes manufacturing, wholesale, real estate, retail, leisure, professional, business services and technology. The Debt Advisory Team works with clients across the UK and in terms of transaction size we can assist clients from £1m turnover, through to listed PLCs.

Paul joined Duff & Phelps in 2010 from Bank of Scotland where he led the Corporate team in the North West of England. Prior to that Paul worked for Barclays PLC where he held a number of senior positions.

Paul is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers and a Non Exec Director of the Institute for Turnaround.
