Philip Davidson is Global Head of Restructuring at KPMG, which he joined in 1986 and became partner in 1997. He specialises in advising underperforming companies and their stakeholders on operational and financial restructuring.
His business experience includes helping very large groups of lenders solve difficult issues with underperforming loans, helping stressed companies stay in control of their situation and helping multi-national companies optimise the value of their businesses.
His international experience includes the US, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Greece, Albania, Brazil, Venezuela, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Australia. Philip is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as a founder Member, Fellow and former Chairman of IFT.
