Saj is a strategic Turnaround PMO Leader that helps major service providers to successfully resolve the struggle between Tradition, Turnaround and Transformation. He provides strategic alignment and oversight for large and complex programmes by ensuring the delivery of benefits is understood by all stakeholders and is delivered utilising all available resources efficiently and effectively.

Saj stands out due to his ‘can do’ attitude coupled with an energetic and influential leadership style, operating a senior level to lead, drive and deliver business change objectives successfully. He combines strategy and business development with programme management, having held senior sales, bid, programme and change management positions for major service providers.

Turnaround PMO Ltd, was founded by Saj to help organisations create, as well as revive existing, PMO functions to successfully govern, assure and manage the delivery of change projects alongside the business as usual. Supporting CEOs, Turnaround Directors and Executives to successfully outsource, sponsor and manage their portfolio of programmes, through robust planning and a relentless focus on financial and non-financial benefits realisation.
