ABOUT MEMBER

Sam is an Associate Director in Grant Thornton’s London Restructuring team with over eight years of experience in restructuring and turnaround. He is an ACCA qualified accountant and has experience in providing restructuring advice to lenders and corporates, including undertaking independent business reviews, cash flow reviews, contingency planning exercises, pre-lend reviews and accelerated M&A processes. In addition, Sam has experience in insolvency and has recently advised a client on the first Part 26A Restructuring Plan to utilise Section 904C(4). Sam has worked in a variety of sectors, with particular experience in Support Services / Construction and Consumer businesses, and for a wide range of business sizes ranging from SMEs to large, high-profile PLCs.
