I am an innovative business advisor with experience troubleshooting in a wide range of sectors including logistics, oil & gas, retail, financial services and travel, amongst others.

During my career I have had the opportunity to advise on many complex turnaround, mergers & acquisitions, and transformation projects. I am adept at rapidly cutting to the heart of matter – identifying value, analysing underlying business issues and devising, and implementing, innovative solutions to address issues in partnership with clients.

In recent years I have used skills honed with businesses in deep turnaround to support businesses deliver rapid change, including cost reduction and EBITDA improvement initiatives. Helping clients translate their strategies into delivery.

I have 18 years of advisory experience working with SMEs to Fortune Global 500 businesses. This includes direct industry experience gained from secondments to Allied Irish Bank (Head of Transformation Unit) and Tyco International (Treasury director).

My qualifications are Financial (Chartered Accountant and Chartered Corporate Financer) and Operational (APICS qualification). I am also a member of, and practising certificate holder with, the Institute for Turnaround and Transformation.

I live in London with my wife Simone, and enjoy escaping to the countryside (probably deep down missing my Lincolnshire roots) and completing long distance walks. I managed to the complete Coast to Coast trail and next year I have plans to compete the Pennine Way.
