What are the essential components of a communications strategy in a turnaround situation? This webinar will explore how to set the right narrative and key considerations for creating internal, media and client communications.

A presentation and Q&A with Ben Girdlestone and Michael Evans, Joint Managing Directors of Byfield Consultancy. Ben is a former head of communications at Slaughter and May and spent several years at Headland, where he led on communications for Alvarez & Marsal and handled comms for a number of turnarounds for PE portfolio companies. Michael is experienced in distressed situations involving litigation and has a particular focus on situations involving investigative reporters. He has also worked at law firms Baker McKenzie and Herbert Smith Freehills.
