In this session, John Playfair, senior partner at Playfair Partnerships will explore what family businesses are, why they’re different, and what you need to look out for in a turnaround situation. John will share some war stories and give you some tips on the best approach to family business assignments. Playfair Partnerships are a boutique business advisory firm and are the current holders of IFT’s SME Turnaround of the Year Award – for their work with a family business.

John’s presentation will be followed by a Q&A chaired by Khalil Malik of Teneo.
