I have over 30 years’ hands on experience working with entrepreneurial, owner managed and mid-market companies to help build and/or protect value.
My experience includes acting as COO / CFO / CRO in businesses going through turnaround, challenge, high growth and/or transformation in diverse sectors ranging from offshore wind installation to tech unicorns; lead adviser in merger & acquisition transactions including raising finance, Uk and overseas acquisitions, and company sales; through to my current role in advising stakeholders and management through financial or other challenges. These wide ranging roles have given me a breadth of experience to draw upon and identify opportunities or solutions which may not be obvious, help shape future strategy, and protect / build value.
