Chris leads Evelyn Partners’ restructuring team in the South West and Wales, focusing specifically on companies facing financial challenge. He specialises in working with management teams in distressed situations to identify and implement restructuring solutions. Chris has significant experience in business review, advising boards, project managing multi-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder groups. Chris also has extensive experience in refinancing and accelerated sales processes. As a licensed insolvency practitioner he will take insolvency appointment in situations where a formal process is required to support a restructuring or exit process.
