Duncan is a Senior Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s EMEA financial restructuring practice and is based in London.

He has over 20 years’ restructuring experience and specialises in advising borrowers and lenders on the refinancing and restructuring of debt facilities including raising new money, amending existing facilities and the equitisation of debt.

He often works internationally and has led cases across Western Europe and in emerging markets in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and across Africa. He is also experienced at working with listed companies. He has advised on the restructuring of multiple different financial instruments and capital structures including LBOs, project financings, large syndicated bank loans, private placement notes, guarantee facilities, trade finance and derivative instruments.

Duncan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in economics from the University of Cambridge.
