Qualifying as a CIMA accountant in 2000, Graham’s career developed rapidly enabling him to gain significant exposure in many areas of business. His first directorship came as a result of the flexibility he had shown and was not in finance but as Strategic Sourcing Director, heading up the integration of two global supply chains. This role centred on harmonising the supply chains, extracting the maximum synergy savings without adversely impacting quality or delivery. Then followed several FD positions that migrated into interim MD roles.

Graham then turned his skills to consulting and ultimately private equity and turnaround. His analytical understanding, coupled with very strong commercial and extensive operational experience has enabled him to demonstrate a track record of successfully managing change with a strong focus on achieving results.

Graham has demonstrated strong leadership, concise communications with all levels/stakeholders, team relationships and the delivery of financial/company goals. He has a great ability to identify strengths and weaknesses and encourage personal development whilst actively looking for a diverse range of people and skills and guiding them to work collaboratively to support the whole business.

A strong focus on cash management and accuracy of forecasting enables Graham to understand the business quickly and implement change as fast as is required.
