ABOUT MEMBER

I have over 30 years’ experience in the operational and consulting aspects of the hospitality and leisure Industry. I have previously owned three financially successful businesses; a hotel, restaurant and a learning disability residential home.

In the last 7 years, as Director of Onecall Hospitality Ltd (OHL), I have provided business recovery and operational management services to the hospitality and leisure industry. I have managed in excess of 200 cases in financial and operational difficulty and have the ability to think strategically and define business direction to affect maximum financial return and where appropriate improve business assets in preparation for sale.

My main business turnaround strengths lie in restoring organisation and profitability to provide a platform for future growth, financial restructuring, commercial due diligence and acquisition projects, strategy and options reviews, opening management, branding and the development and delivery of first class hospitality and leisure professional services.
