About this Event
The IFT is pleased to invite you to our upcoming “Large and Complex” Special Interest Group (“SIG”) inaugural event, this will include an introduction to new SIG, panel discussion on the key themes currently being experienced and anticipated in the large and complex restructuring market followed by networking drinks reception. The event and SIG is being jointly co-ordinated by Senthil Alagar (Grant Thornton) and David Morris (FTI).
The panel discussion will cover a range of topical subjects:
• Who’s driving and shaping the restructurings – Shaping of the CoCom / ad hoc committees
• The role of CROs / Interims
• Considerations when capital structure includes public instruments and Schuldschein Loans
