IFT & TMA Joint Event

Carillion – the story from PwC

An update on the Funding Market

I’m pleased to announce that the next IFT Midlands meeting will be held jointly with the TMA on the 10th October at the Birmingham office of IFT Corporate Partner PwC.

Our speakers will be from PwC and will begin by telling the story of Carillion from their perspective.  Given the publicity this construction giant generated through its collapse this should prove to be an interesting talk for independent and corporate members alike.

Last year, PwC hosted an IFT meeting and webinar on the funding market.  Twelve months on, it will be interesting to hear how the market has changed and what can be expected over the next year.

On Carillion the speakers will be Matthew Hammond and Rob Hebenton.

The Funding update talk is to be delivered by Rob Moran and Sajjad Hassam.

Refreshments and nibbles will kindly be provided by PWC as part of the networking after the meeting.

Both the IFT and TMA look forward to welcoming you to this event.

Parking is available at Snow Hill train station car park, just one minute from the venue.
