I am a former KPMG Partner, where I built a reputation for growing businesses, developing teams and senior leaders, as well as leading strategic initiatives and transformation projects.  I was also Partner Lead for the EMA New Partner Development Programme.

My Specialism focuses on the people within organisations.  I help senior leadership teams (SLT) create/align around their strategic ambitions. Then support the implementation of the strategy through creating a highly effective SLT and enabling the individuals & teams within the organisation to undertake their role in delivering the strategy. I have specific experience with business turnarounds.
