Mark has 20 years experience of transformation & turnarounds working with leading companies, focusing on significant change initiatives driven by CEOs, executive management, and boards of directors. During this time, he has served in various senior management positions such as CTO, COO, CEO & Chair.

Mark specialises in transformation and large-scale-change programs where the aim is to fundamentally alter the performance trajectory of a company by addressing multiple levers, such as corporate transformation programs, reorganizations, performance improvement, turnaround, post-merger integration and strategy resetting. He holds an MBA and has a BSc in Mathematics & Computing.
