I have almost 30 years hands on experience working with both private and listed companies in tricky situations, to preserve and build value.  I provide independent turnaround advice to companies and their Boards, engaging with diverse range of financial and regulatory stakeholders; working shoulder to shoulder with my clients or where appropriate, discreetly behind the scenes.

I advise on turnaround, liquidity, regulatory and financial restructuring solutions - developing, negotiating and delivering bespoke solutions.

I joined EY in 2019 , having previously spent 12 years at Short Partners LLP, which I co-founded, undertaking >£10bn transactions. Prior to this I worked at Deutsche Bank and PwC. I hold both ACA and FCA credentials. 

I am passionate about delivering value to my clients and driving equity in the workplace, and am proud to be Partner Sponsor for the EY Women's Network in the UK.

Winner of two Listed Company Turnaround of the year awards from IFT - in 2013, as Restructuring and Independent Adviser to Thomas Cook Group plc for its new money facility, financial restructuring, and subsequent £1.6bn recapitalization; and in 2005, as Restructuring and Independent Adviser to MyTravel Group plc for its financial restructuring and subsequent merger.
