Paul Wyatt

Paul is a Director at IMIG, specialising in business transformation and strategy. He delivers high impact results and advises organisations on accelerating sales growth, strengthening differentiation, delivering cost reduction, shaping procurement strategy, and enhancing profitability. He also leads transformation programmes and undertakes interim senior leadership roles, including as Chief Executive Officer.

He is known for motivating teams and creating alignment around clear priorities, focused goals, and subsequent strong execution. His expertise spans large scale transformation, business strategy, procurement, and multi-site operations.

Prior to IMIG, Paul was Chief Executive Officer of a £250 million global manufacturing business, restoring profitability ahead of plan, increasing turnover by 25 percent, and enhancing margins with differentiated, patented products. At an automotive OEM, he delivered a procurement transformation programme that included a 3-year Procurement Strategic Plan, as well as an upskilling programme developed with the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, that strengthened team alignment, reduced staff turnover by 50 percent, and enhanced strategic procurement capabilities.

Paul has held senior global leadership roles for over 30 years within the manufacturing, automotive, construction and agricultural equipment sectors. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Managerial Sciences, a Postgraduate Diploma in Technology Management, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, and is a Fully Accredited Member of the Institute for Turnaround.
