Sheryl joined The IFT January 2024 as the Events and Marketing Assistant. She graduated from UCL in Arts and Sciences (Cultures) and previously interned in marketing and administration. At The IFT, she provides support for events, logistics, marketing and communications.

Nicolette Stickland
Nicolette joined The IFT in October 2023 as Communications and Public Affairs Executive. She trained in law and also has previous experience in policy research and analysis, working for think-tanks, with a governmental organisation and for a political consultancy specialising in tech policy. At The IFT she works closely with the CEO to help develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and drive strategic objectives.
Charlotte Hales
Charlotte joined the IFT in June 2022 as the Administrative Executive. Charlotte’s previous experience also lies within administration and working front of house.
At The IFT, Charlotte’s role involves supporting her team with administrative tasks as well as her own. Charlotte also works alongside her colleague Tom on memberships, helping to guide and coordinate the membership application process.
Claire Lewis
Claire joined the IFT in January 2022 as Professional Development and Events Executive. Previous to this, Claire worked as a Client Services Executive for virtual courses at a professional development institute and in retail management.

Tom Shanahan
Tom joined the IFT in June 2020 as the Membership Executive. Tom’s previous experience was within financial administration and account management. As part of the role he is responsible for coordinating the membership application process, implementing recruitment activities and also sits upon the IFT Membership Committee. Milly Camley
Milly has enjoyed a successful career in board level roles in complex organisations, leading large-scale public facing operations and strategic functions, notably stakeholder relations, spanning from the senior judiciary to regulators and corporates. In consultancy, she has advised organisations at board and executive level and delivered transformational change in national organisations and large service providers, including London boroughs, NDPBs and charities. A seasoned PR and stakeholder management professional, she has worked within and advised membership organisations, focusing on member engagement and strategic partnerships.
