12:15 – 13:00

In this session Business Psychologist, Caroline Gourlay, will outline a practical model of leadership and show how it can be used as a framework for looking at leadership in turnaround. She will look at some of the common ways in which leaders fail in organisations and help you consider where you as a turnaround leader, might need to focus your leadership effort and attention to get things back on track.

You will receive a free turnaround leadership diagnostic tool which Caroline has devised for IFT members. The talk will have relevance for those who are leaders in advisory firms and will be followed by a Q&A chaired by Amy Walker of Macfarlanes.

We are pleased to invite you to a presentation with Lee Swinerd, Director, and Mark Raddan, Managing Director, of Interpath Advisory, discussing the future of the automotive market.

The current travails of the industry are well documented so Interpath will focus on the longer term challenges affecting the sector, from manufacturing and supply chain through to retail and the dealer networks. The aim of the session is to highlight both the positives and negatives of these potential changes.
